Description: Reads Stata DTA files into tibbles or data tables with a Rust parser, multicore
decoding, and compact in-memory representations for numeric and character
columns. Its read interface follows 'haven' while retaining dataset labels,
variable labels, display formats, value labels, temporal classes, and Stata
tagged missing values. It writes standalone Stata 18 and 19 datasets through
a streaming Rust writer. It also provides merges under Stata missing-code
identity, label-aware tabulation, Stata summary statistics, and
    tag-preserving recoding.
